What will you do?
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you are the main point of contact for customers throughout their entire lifecycle (onboarding, impact, growth, contract renewals, etc.). Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for onboarding large accounts. This requires strong project management skills to ensure a successful Beeple rollout with the customer.
- Once they are up and running, you ensure good relationship and project management, checking in with the customer regularly.
- General customer support: answering questions or resolving issues based on your knowledge of the tool.
- Informing customers about new Beeple features and modules, while also looking for upsell opportunities during one-on-one sessions, evaluations, or (live) webinars.
- Strategically thinking along with the customer to enhance the impact of using Beeple.

As part of the Customer Success team, we ensure our customers get the most out of Beeple. This allows users to save time and focus on growing their business. It starts with helping new customers onboard. A good onboarding is the key to a success story. Additionally, we keep in touch, identify opportunities, gather feedback, and follow up on it.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you are pivotal in shaping and ensuring the success of projects within the Customer Success team.
Important traits for a Customer Success employee include empathy, good listening skills, proactivity, and being structured.
- You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English. Other languages like Spanish are a big plus!
- You are strong strategically. You can make connections and are good at networking.
- You take proactive ownership of your projects, thinking creatively and solving problems.
- You are not afraid to have a commercial conversation.
- You have a customer-oriented mindset and a healthy dose of flexibility.
- You don't need to know how to code, but technology and software shouldn't scare you. You understand the big picture and find it interesting!
- You have several years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager.

A suitable salary based on age and experience.
