Daily Success Manager

Our processes are not set in stone; there is plenty of room for personal vision and ideas. To strengthen our team of Customer Success Managers, we are looking for an additional colleague.

What will you do? 

As a Daily Success Manager, you are the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. 

You are responsible for:

  • Assisting with questions or problems related to the tool.
  • Investigating potential bugs to see if you can find an appropriate solution.
  • Testing bug fixes, new releases, and workflows developed for customers.
  • Smooth communication with the product team.
  • Creating manuals or videos and providing tips & tricks for using our planning software.
  • Creating accounts, passwords, and access.
  • Setting up simple integrations.
  • Supporting the Customer Success Managers as needed.

Support is mainly provided through Chat, Email, and online meetings. As a Daily Success Manager, you will do this only occasionally via phone.

Is it a match? 

For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a passion for customer support, customer-friendliness, and software. Additionally:

  • You communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically with colleagues and customers.
  • You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English. Any additional languages are a plus!
  • You take proactive ownership of your projects, thinking creatively and solving problems.
  • You have a customer-oriented mindset and a healthy dose of flexibility.
  • You don't need to know how to code, but technology and software shouldn't scare you. You understand the big picture and find it interesting!
  • If you have worked in the HR sector, have experience with similar software, or have used HR tools, that's definitely a plus.

What can you expect from us? 

You will receive a lot of flexibility in return: you set your own schedule and choose how often you work remotely. This could also be from one of the many Spaces offices. You will join a warm, fast-growing team with regular teambuilding activities and workshops. There is plenty of freedom and ownership over your own projects.

Salary is determined based on age and experience.
