Beeple is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2016 to make flex staff scheduling realtime, efficient and people-oriented. Since then, Beeple is active around the world and available in multiple languages. From English, Dutch and Spanish to German, Traditional Chinese and Arabic. We are still looking to grow faster than ever with a global aspiration.

Your role

As functional analyst you are the key between our customer base and our product team. Your main task will be delivering detailed analyses of the use cases. Your analyses are future proof and represent the needs of the customer but also our product vision. Due to your excellent work our product team will be able to develop a top quality product.

What we expect from you

You would perfectly fit into our team, with following qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent through experience
• Minimum five years of experience in functional software analyses
• You can take ownership
• Communication & negotiation
• Analytical and Problem Solving
• Knowledge of HR tools or processes are an advantage
• Deal with ambiguity and provide clarity in a fast-moving, agile environment
• Solid knowledge of Dutch and English (other languages are an advantage)

Key responsibilities

• Together with the project manager you will get in contact with the customer
• You analyse their needs and translate them into realistic, functional solutions.
• Via some high level mockups, you visualize the solution to our customers.
• You change issues into opportunities
• Your written documentation will be a key document in order to protect the scope.
• You will be a member of our product team and work closely together with them on a daily base

One day you’re on the same side as our customers, the other day you challenge them to think about out-of-the-box solutions. And last but not least, you are a teamplayer who loves to work in an entrepreneurial environment, likes to be independent and are not scared of strong deadlines.
