Beeple is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2016 to make flex staff scheduling realtime, efficient and people-oriented. Since then, Beeple is active around the world and available in multiple languages. From English, Dutch and Spanish to German, Traditional Chinese and Arabic. We are still looking to grow faster than ever with a global aspiration.

Your role
As an BDR...
- You will identify potential clients. Through targeted actions, you ensure that the sales pipeline of the Account Executives is constantly filled with potential new customers. You do not always fall back on the same pattern (e-mail, telephone), but you are open-minded enough to tap into new channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
- You know exactly how to deal with criticism or negative comments. Using well-founded arguments, you can win over prospects. You don't give up if you don't succeed immediately.
- You work closely with our marketing team and together you come up with the best actions. Not the quantity but the quality of the leads is decisive.
What we expect from you
You have a warm personality; you know how to win the trust of our prospects, as you are their point of contact and a real ambassador of Beeple. In addition
- You are an energetic, dynamic professional with an interest in sales. You have just obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree and want to gain a first professional experience.
- The scale-up mentality appeals to you.

- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Dutch and in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You excel in time management; for example, you are very good at prioritising opportunities.
- You are proactive, results-oriented and can work perfectly independently under 'high' pressure.
- Finally, you are also an excellent problem solver. And preferably out of the box.

Key responsibilities
- You are responsible for generating qualitative leads.
- You establish new contacts with our target groups and generate new business opportunities.
- You are a good listener, but also dare to ask questions in order to uncover customer needs.
- You convince our future customers of the many advantages of our product. You book demos for your sales colleagues without blinking an eye.
