Your role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. You will ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of our tool. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, work in a collaborative environment, and grow your skills with a forward-thinking company.
Key responsibilities
- Bug fixing the system
- Feature development & improvement
- Input on technical debt resolutions
- Release management & deployment to production
What we expect from you
- Being proactive in addressing issues
- Have a collaborative attitude with colleague developers, analysts, etc
- Have +5 years of expertise with Ruby on Rails
- Have an understanding of Vue.JS
- Have prior experience with start/scale-up companies (eg. lack of documentation, being proactive in discovering code/working of the application,..)
- Willingness to participate in our 24/7 support stand-by program in rotational shifts with other colleagues.
